Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan
I created the artwork and designed the full publication for Greenbox's Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan, January 2026 to January 2028.
The artwork reflects Greenbox's reconciliation journey and the partnerships formed along the way. Swirling lines trace the winding path of that journey, concentric circles represent the communities who have joined it, and the dot work honours the people, moments and connections that shape reconciliation.
I carried the artwork through every page, from the cover and section dividers to the About the Art and About the Artist pages, so the whole document reads as one connected story.

“I am delighted to share my experience collaborating with First Nations artist and graphic designer Danielle Leedie-Gray on our recent Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Working closely with Danielle was an incredibly enriching and inspiring journey that truly deepened the meaning and impact of our project.
From the outset it was evident that this collaboration was going to be special. Danielle's artistic vision, rooted in their cultural heritage and personal experiences brought a unique perspective to our RAP. Danielle's creativity and attention to detail were remarkable, and every element they contributed was infused with layers of meaning and significance.
Beyond Danielle's artistic talent, her passion for reconciliation and commitment to making a positive impact stands out as genuine and authentic. Working with Danielle was an absolute pleasure. Her professionalism, creativity, and dedication was evident in every aspect of the project. Our collaboration not only produced a beautiful and impactful RAP but also fostered a deep and genuine connection and mutual understanding that will continue to inspire our work in the future.
I cannot express enough gratitude for the opportunity to collaborate with such a talented and passionate individual. Danielle's contributions have truly elevated our RAP and will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on all who engage with it. I look forward to future collaborations and continuing to build bridges of understanding and reconciliation together. ”
