LICENSE AN ARTWORK
Choose from a collection of my existing artworks, each with its own story. You'll receive the high-resolution files, the written story behind the artwork for your RAP or Acknowledgement of Country, and a licence for your agreed use. It's a simple, respectful way to bring meaningful Aboriginal art into your RAP, reports, website or merchandise.

COMMISSION AN ARTWORK
Together, we'll create an artwork that's unique to your organisation and shaped by your people, place and purpose. We'll start with a chat so I can understand your story. From there, I'll develop the concept, the final artwork and the story that goes with it.
I take on a small number of commissions each year so each one gets the care it deserves. Please allow around three months from our first chat to your finished artwork. If you're planning for National Reconciliation Week or NAIDOC Week, it's best to reach out by February.

How a commission works

1. A chat
We talk through your people, place and purpose, and complete my Creative Project Questionnaire together.

2. Agreement
We confirm the scope, timeline and budget. A 50% deposit secures your spot.

3. Concepts
I develop two to three concepts for you to choose from, depending on your budget.

4. Artwork
I bring your chosen concept to life, with up to three rounds of revisions, always honouring the cultural integrity of the work.

5. Story and files
You receive the final artwork, its written story and the files you need.

I work with businesses, schools and organisations to create presentations, documents and visual communications that feel considered and consistent with their existing brand.
With more than nine years of creative experience, I bring the same care and attention to each project, whether it’s ongoing design support or a particular piece of work.
Monthly Design Support
$900 per month
Up to six hours of graphic design each month
For organisations that need regular design support without the commitment of an in-house designer.
Monthly Design Support is a flexible way to keep your everyday communications looking consistent and professional, with access to an experienced designer who can help bring everything together.
From social media graphics and presentations to branded documents and workplace communications, the package is designed to support your organisation as needs arise.
Your monthly hours are reserved for your organisation, giving you a consistent point of contact for design support as projects and priorities arise.

Brochures and marketing collateral
Internal and workplace communications
Branded documents and resources
Amendments and revisions within your monthly hours
Not included: Reconciliation Action Plan design, other publication design (such as annual reports, booklets and magazines), or any project that would go beyond your monthly hours. These are quoted separately as project-based design.
Package details
$900 per month, invoiced in advance and due at the start of each billing period
Up to six hours of graphic design per month
Initial three-month commitment from your first paid billing period, then month to month
To cancel, give at least 14 days’ written notice before the end of a billing period
Additional hours at $150 per hour, approved in writing before work begins
Unused hours don’t roll over, including after cancellation
Revisions count towards your monthly hours
Reconciliation Action Plans, other publications and larger projects that would exceed your monthly hours are quoted separately
Original artwork and artwork licensing are quoted separately
Work is scheduled around availability and agreed priorities
All prices are in AUD. I’m not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s included in the monthly package?
Your monthly package includes up to six hours of graphic design support, which can be used across a range of agreed design tasks. It doesn’t include Reconciliation Action Plan design, other publication design, or any project that would exceed your monthly hours. These are quoted separately.
What happens if I need more than six hours?
If a request is likely to exceed your remaining hours, I’ll let you know before proceeding. Additional work can be approved at $150 per hour, quoted separately or scheduled for the following month.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Monthly hours are reserved for your organisation and don’t carry over into the next billing period, or after cancellation. If you’ve asked for work in good time and I haven’t been able to fit it in, those hours move to your next month.
Can I request several different design tasks?
Absolutely. Your hours can be used across different design tasks, depending on your priorities and the time involved.
Do you offer one-off projects?
Yes. If you only need support with a particular project, I can provide a separate quote.
Do you design logos or brand identities?
I don’t offer logo or brand identity design. My graphic design work is created within your existing brand, so everything stays consistent with how your organisation already looks and feels.
Can Aboriginal artwork be included?
Yes, where appropriate. Original artwork commissions and artwork licensing are quoted separately, depending on the project and intended use.
Do you manage social media accounts?
My graphic design services focus on creating visual communications. Ongoing account management, publishing and campaign management aren’t included.
How quickly will my designs be completed?
Timelines are agreed based on the scope of work and current availability.
What happens after the first three months?
Your support continues month to month. I’ll send you a reminder at least three weeks before your first three months finish. To cancel, let me know in writing at least 14 days before the end of a billing period, and your subscription finishes at the end of that period. If your notice arrives after that, it finishes at the end of the following billing period. You can give notice during your first three months, but the subscription won’t finish before the three-month commitment ends. Any remaining work is managed within the agreed scope and available hours of your final month.
