The collection supports your organisation's own communications. Purchasing or using it doesn't imply RAP endorsement, cultural approval or endorsement by me. Please use RAP-related layouts only with wording approved through your organisation's own RAP process.

The Presentation Toolkit includes an Acknowledgement of Country slide. It's a starting point, not a one-size-fits-all statement. Please review the wording for your organisation, location and context, and seek local guidance where appropriate.

Editable formats

Every layout is supplied as an editable PowerPoint file, and you'll also receive access to the matching Canva templates – so your team can work in whichever tool suits them. Add your logo, wording and approved imagery, then export for presentations, email, Teams or social media.

Works with Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 or later (including Microsoft 365) on Windows or Mac, and with a free Canva account. The layouts use the free Google fonts Roboto Condensed and Source Sans 3.

About the artwork

Living Land, Spirit and Community © Danielle Leedie Gray

I created Living Land, Spirit and Community to share stories of land, water and community. Its symbols represent unity, water, sacred places and the guiding stars, each reflecting strength and connection to land.

The artwork remains my intellectual property. It's licensed for use within the supplied collection, and the artwork credit stays with the artwork wherever it appears.

Your licence

One purchase covers one organisation and its employees. You can customise the resources and use finished communications for your organisation's own internal and external communications, including presentations, workplace events, internal announcements, Teams backgrounds, email banners, your website and social media channels such as LinkedIn.

  • Please don't share the editable files outside your organisation.

  • Please don't sell or redistribute the resources, or separate, recolour, redraw or extract elements from the artwork for other uses.

  • An agency working on your behalf may use the files for your organisation only.

Paid advertising, merchandise and stand-alone campaigns require additional licensing. The full terms are in the Licence & Artwork Use document included with your download. If you need wider use – for example across several organisations – please get in touch before purchasing.

How you'll receive it

After checkout you'll receive a secure download link on the confirmation page and by email. The link stays active for 24 hours after your first download, so please save the files once downloaded. Canva template links are in the Canva Access Guide inside the download.
